du continues to invest in talented Emiratis from Fujairah through its 100% Emirati-run Fujairah Contact Centre, which has grown to employ 68 Emiratis, 90% of whom are female keeping in tandem with the UAE's vision for Emirati women. du has also created new avenues for even more Emirati youth to experience careers in ICT by offering summer work experience to UAE Nationals who are scholars, students or recent graduates living in Fujairah and the Northern Emirates. This initiative will continue throughout the year, and du will be accepting candidates for summer jobs during its participation in the Career Fair.

During the course of the Fujairah International Career & Education Fair, applicants have the opportunity to interact with du representatives and recruitment specialists to discuss career prospects in the business. In addition, candidates have the opportunity to apply for a job on the spot by filling an online application form using one of the allocated iPads available on the stand.
