A panel session titled " Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi: 12 Years of Pioneership & Giving" was organised on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi's assuming power as the Emirate of Fujairah's Crown Prince.

Organised by the Fujairah Social and Cultural Association in collaboration with the Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the session shed light on the leadership qualities of Sheikh Mohammed and his personal traits, including modesty and tendency to mingle and share his people's fortunes in weal or woe, along with his wide knowledge.

Saeed Al Raqbani, the Personal Advisor to H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah,  said that in line with the directives of the Ruler of Fujairah and the follow-up of the Crown Prince, the Fujairah Foundation for Region Development, chaired by the Crown Prince, has implemented a large number of developmental projects, including maintenance of houses, from which 2,146 households benefitted ever since the foundation's establishment until 2018.

"Since the Crown Prince assumed power in 2007, the education and scientific research sector has been making great strides thanks to  the immense interest His Highness has displayed in underpinning the sector and its activities," said Rashid Obeid Saif Al Hafiti, the Chairperson of Al Fujairah Council for Education Care and Academic Affairs.

Brigadier Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Chairman of the UAE Taekwondo Federation, hailed the Crown Prince's support for the game and his launch of various initiatives in nurturing the sports sector across the emirate.
